Here are some common questions about our services.
The duration of the coaching program varies depending on the client's needs and goals. It can range from a few weeks to a few months with many clients now into their 3rd year with exceptional results. The best way is just to start on the fortnightly online 1:1 video sessions designed to explore your Goals, options and coach you through the process to completion. This allows time to effectively work on your Goals, overcome the blockages (which usually appear in sessions 3 to 5) and to progress whilst allowing the body and mind to accept the changes.
This is achieved by two scheduled sessions per month but you have access to clarity calls when required rather than waiting until your scheduled session.
We meet you in your business phase to support you.
Sessions are provided via Video internet calls.

Sessions delivered every two weeks at a set day and time, in order to maintain focus and build momentum to nurture new ways of thinking.

This allows us to see each other, share screens and documents to move quickly through the coaching session.

Start of Coaching focusing on Your Vision, Your Business, how they align and how this impacts your Business. This explores your Emotional Drivers around why you do what you do!
Identifying your priority pain points and develop the strategy and action steps to take care of them.
Ongoing sessions focus on your current challenges and blockages, always keeping your long-term Vision and requirements in mind.
We offer both in-person and remote coaching options. Clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether it's face-to-face sessions or virtual meetings. (NB: fee structure is set based for Video Meeting online sessions. Face-to-face sessions fees are calculated according to location and feasibility)
Face-to-Face meetings usually apply within the local Sunshine Coast - Hervey Bay - Bundaberg Region. We can facilitate an initial meet and greet in other areas, but the most efficient use of time for You is via Video meetings. The pricing is based on Video meetings.
