We start with a complimentary Strategy Session where we look at your values and Vision. This allows us to see if we can work together. At the end of htis session we will show you the recommended pathway for you and the associated pricing and committment.
All sessions are aimed at your main Goals (Business and Personal) and how to achieve them. Your Business, Your Purpose, Your Outcomes!
The Sessions have designated check points for development of goals and actions, negotiating barriers etc.
We're also focused on your general sense of wellbeing, happiness and lifestyle. We can help unearth some blockages that might be standing in your way, assist with organisation routines that can help to get your life under control, and more.

How long does the coaching program usually last?
The duration of the coaching program varies depending on the client's needs and goals. It can range from a few weeks to a few months. The most popular model starts with 8 sessions designed to explore your Goals, options and coach you through the process to completion. This allows time to effectively work on your Goals, overcome the blockages (which usually appear in weeks 3 to 5) and to progress whilst allowing the body and mind to accept the changes.
We then progress to two scheduled sessions per month but have access to clarity calls when required rather than waiting until your scheduled session.
The program offered is designed to align with the Business Phase you are in.
What is the Coaching Process like?
Sessions are provided via Video internet calls.

Sessions delivered weekly or biweekly, in order to maintain focus and build momentum to nurture new ways of thinking.

All Sessions are conducted by Video internet Meetings (unless otherwise agreed).
This allows us to see each other, share screens and documents to move quickly through the coaching session.

Ongoing sessions will cover set topics within a program, unless you have progressed to Dynamic Coaching sessions where we focus on your current challenges and blockages.
Is the coaching conducted in person or remotely?
We offer both in-person and remote coaching options. Clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether it's face-to-face sessions or virtual meetings. (NB: fee structure is set based for Video Meeting online sessions. Face-to-face sessions fees are calculated according to location and feasibility)
Face-to-Face meetings usually apply within the local Sunshine Coast - Hervey Bay - Bundaberg Region. We can facilitate an initial meet and greet in other areas, but the most efficient use of time for You is via Video meetings. The pricing is based on Video meetings.

Are you available for Workshops or PD Day presentations?
Most certainly, however this is dependent on the subject content to be offered and the location to be presented at. Additional costs apply which are negotiated including travel and accommodation/meals allowances.
We have the technology to offer specific AR Group Video based interactive workshops at a reduced cost and allowing the Brokers to work from the comfort of their own business. The use of technology and prior questionnaires will allow us to fully provide solutions based on the AR's needs rather than that perceived by the AR Group or management.
